ConnectOn Sp. z o.o. is referred to in these Terms as “ConnectOn”, “SportsFly”, “we”, “us”, or “our”. ConnectOn operates the SportsFly Service and is the contracting service provider for subscriptions purchased on the SportsFly website. Apple or Google may process and administer a purchase made through their respective stores under their own terms.
2. Definitions
In these Terms:
- Account means a registered SportsFly account.
- Consumer means an individual acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft, or profession.
- Digital Service means the SportsFly website, mobile applications, Scout Workspace, and related online functions.
- Free Plan means the free Player or Scout access made available by SportsFly.
- Paid Plan or Pro Plan means Player Pro or Scout Pro.
- Parent includes a parent or legal guardian who is legally authorised to act for a minor.
- Service means the Digital Service, its content, functions, support, and related services.
- Store Purchase means a subscription purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Terms means this Terms of Service document.
- User Content means information, text, photos, videos, profile material, messages, notes, statistics, or other content submitted by a user.
- Web Purchase means a subscription purchased on a SportsFly website and processed through Stripe.
3. Acceptance and availability of these Terms
These Terms govern use of the Service. You must be able to access these Terms before creating an Account or placing a Web Purchase. Before every Web Checkout, you must actively select an unticked checkbox confirming that you have read and accept the current version of these Terms. You cannot submit the Web order without that confirmation.
We will make the applicable version available in a form that can be saved and reproduced. After a Web Purchase, we will provide confirmation of the contract and the required pre-contract information on a durable medium, normally by email.
If you do not accept these Terms, do not create an Account, purchase a Paid Plan, or use the Service.
4. What SportsFly provides
SportsFly is a football development and scouting platform. Depending on role, plan, device, and availability, the Service may include:
- player profiles and development records;
- training, recovery, nutrition, mental, and cognitive activity tracking;
- daily summaries, reports, scores, and metric details;
- photos, highlight videos, and player visibility controls;
- player discovery, opportunities, search, shortlists, saved players, notes, messages, and recruitment workflow tools;
- account, notification, subscription, and support functions.
SportsFly is a continuously supplied digital service. Specific functions available to a user depend on the current plan and role descriptions shown before purchase. A Paid Plan is not required to use functions expressly identified as free.
5. Roles
SportsFly supports the following roles:
- Player: records development activity and may manage a player profile.
- Parent: supports or manages a young player’s use where the product permits.
- Coach: supports football development using the functions available for that role.
- Scout: uses discovery and recruitment workflow functions. Scout tools may be used in an academy context, but the current Scout Pro plan is not an organisation, team, or multi-seat licence unless SportsFly expressly states otherwise.
You must select and use the role that truthfully describes your use. A Scout or Coach must not claim credentials, authority, club affiliation, safeguarding status, or professional standing that they do not have.
6. Age requirements and minors
Only a person aged 18 or over, or another person with full legal capacity, may independently purchase a Paid Plan.
A minor may use SportsFly only through a Parent Account that manages or is linked to the minor’s use. The Parent must create or approve the relationship, give every consent required by applicable law, and supervise the minor’s use. In addition, the minor may use SportsFly only:
- with the involvement and permission of a Parent where required by applicable law;
- through an Account and visibility settings appropriate to the minor’s age;
- without independently entering into a paid contract that the minor lacks capacity to conclude; and
- subject to any higher minimum age or additional consent requirement that applies in the minor’s country.
The Parent is responsible for supervising the minor’s use, reviewing profile visibility and communications, and ensuring that uploaded material and interactions are appropriate and lawful. Where parental authorisation is required, SportsFly may request reasonable evidence and may restrict or suspend an Account until it is provided.
SportsFly is not a substitute for the safeguarding obligations of parents, clubs, academies, coaches, scouts, or other organisations. Adults must not use the Service to exploit, groom, harass, pressure, or arrange unsafe contact with a minor.
7. Account registration and security
You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You may not create an Account for another person without authority, impersonate another person, share credentials in a way that compromises security, or transfer an Account without our written permission.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity performed through your Account to the extent permitted by law. Tell us promptly at hello@sportsfly.pro if you suspect unauthorised access. We may require identity or authority verification before changing sensitive Account information.
8. Free and paid functions
The current Free and Pro structure is:
- Player Free: a private player profile, training logs, five-pillar habit tracking, daily summaries and scores, reports and metric details, highlight uploads, and replies to scout messages, subject to current product limits.
- Player Pro: Player Free functions plus public player profile visibility, scout discoverability, and Find Opportunities access.
- Scout Free: basic player search, public-profile previews, limited highlight previews, up to two active shortlists, up to five saved players, and replies to existing messages, subject to current product limits.
- Scout Pro: Scout Free functions plus full highlight access, unlimited active shortlists, expanded saved-player capacity, and scout-initiated messaging.
The pricing page and purchase screen displayed immediately before an order are the source of truth for the current functions, limits, price, currency, billing period, taxes, and any offer. Product identifiers and internal billing keys are not part of these Terms.
We may provide, change, or discontinue Free Plan functions as described in Section 24. We will not remove a material paid function during an active paid period in a manner inconsistent with mandatory consumer law.
9. Player Pro and Scout Pro
Player Pro and Scout Pro are offered with monthly and yearly billing periods where displayed as available. They provide access only to the role-specific functions described at purchase.
Direct switching between monthly and yearly Web Plans, or between Player Pro and Scout Pro, is not currently promised. Contact hello@sportsfly.pro before starting another Web subscription if you already have an active subscription. Store-specific upgrade or downgrade options may differ.
No Pro Plan guarantees sporting improvement, discovery by a scout, a trial, academy admission, selection, employment, representation, contract, transfer, scholarship, or other sporting or professional outcome.
10. Prices, currency, and taxes
For a Web Purchase, the pricing and checkout pages currently display the applicable price in United States dollars (USD). The total payable amount, billing interval, currency, and any applicable tax or discount will be shown before you submit an order.
For Store Purchases, Apple or Google displays the price, currency, tax treatment, and billing terms applicable to the user’s store country and account. Those amounts may differ from Web prices because of local pricing, exchange rates, taxes, store tiers, or platform rules.
Prices may change for future purchases. A price change affecting an existing automatically renewing subscription will apply only after the notice and, where required, consent process mandated by applicable law and the relevant billing platform. If you do not accept a proposed change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
11. Ordering and payment
For Web Purchases:
- you select a role-specific plan and billing period;
- you sign in to or create the relevant SportsFly Account;
- you review the plan, total price, billing interval, automatic-renewal terms, cancellation information, and these Terms;
- you actively select the unticked checkbox accepting the current Terms;
- you expressly place an order that entails an obligation to pay; and
- Stripe securely processes the payment details.
SportsFly does not store full payment-card details. Access is activated only after payment confirmation is received. If payment is refused, reversed, or remains unpaid, the subscription may not start or may be restricted after any applicable notice or grace period.
For Store Purchases, the order and charge are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play flow. RevenueCat helps SportsFly receive and reconcile mobile subscription and entitlement status; RevenueCat does not replace the store’s purchase terms or statutory consumer rights.
12. Automatic renewal and billing periods
Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration until cancelled, unless the purchase screen states otherwise.
The first charge is made when the purchase is confirmed. Later charges are normally made at the start of each renewal period by the platform through which the subscription was purchased. The exact renewal date is shown in the relevant billing portal or store account. Platform processing, weekends, time zones, or payment retries may affect the displayed transaction time.
You authorise the relevant payment platform to charge the payment method linked to your purchase for each renewal, including applicable taxes, until cancellation takes effect.
13. Cancelling a subscription
You may stop future automatic renewal at any time:
- Web Purchase: sign in and use the secure Stripe Customer Portal made available by SportsFly, or contact hello@sportsfly.pro if you cannot access it.
- Apple App Store: manage the subscription in the Apple Account subscription settings.
- Google Play: manage the subscription in Google Play’s subscription centre.
Unless applicable law, a refund decision, or the purchase screen provides otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and Pro access continues until the end of the already paid billing period. Cancellation by itself does not automatically refund the current period.
Delete-account requests do not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel a Store Purchase in the relevant store as well. Before deleting a Web Account, contact us if you need help cancelling its Web subscription.
14. Purchases through Apple and Google
Apple and Google administer Store Purchases, including payment collection, renewal settings, receipts, and store refund workflows. Their terms may apply in addition to these Terms. If there is a conflict concerning store transaction administration, the applicable store terms control that administration, but they do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SportsFly remains responsible for supplying the Digital Service to the extent required by applicable law. Contact hello@sportsfly.pro about access, entitlements, conformity, or other SportsFly service issues even when a store processed the payment.
15. Consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a Consumer who concludes a distance contract, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. To exercise this right, send an unambiguous statement before the period expires to:
ConnectOn Sp. z o.o., Parkowa 20, 42-582 Rogoźnik, Poland
Email: hello@sportsfly.pro
You may use the model form at the end of these Terms, but it is not mandatory.
For a Web Purchase, if you expressly request immediate access before the 14-day period expires, SportsFly may begin supplying the Digital Service immediately. Starting a continuously supplied Digital Service does not, by itself, mean that you automatically lose the withdrawal right. If you withdraw after expressly requesting early performance, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied before withdrawal, but only to the extent permitted by applicable law and only if the required information, request, and durable-medium confirmation were properly provided.
Loss of the withdrawal right for a fully performed service or for particular digital content may occur only when all statutory conditions are met, including any required prior express consent, acknowledgement, and confirmation. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a mandatory right.
For a Store Purchase, use the withdrawal or refund process made available by Apple or Google where applicable, and contact us if the request concerns SportsFly’s legal obligations as service provider.
16. Immediate supply before the withdrawal period expires
Where a Consumer wants Pro access immediately, the Web checkout must obtain a separate, express request to start supplying the Digital Service before the withdrawal period expires and must clearly explain the statutory consequences. The request and acknowledgement must not be inferred from silence or a pre-selected option.
SportsFly will confirm the contract, these Terms, the order details, and the recorded request or consent on a durable medium. If a required request, information, consent, acknowledgement, or confirmation is missing, the Consumer retains all rights and owes no amount that applicable law says cannot be charged.
17. Refunds
SportsFly does not apply a blanket “no refunds” policy.
Refunds are provided where required by applicable law, including valid withdrawal, non-supply, lack of conformity, valid price reduction or termination, unauthorised payment, or another mandatory ground. A refund that is legally due will be made without undue delay and, where the law so requires, no later than 14 days after SportsFly is informed of the decision giving rise to the refund. It will normally use the original payment method unless another no-cost method is expressly agreed.
For Web Purchases, contact hello@sportsfly.pro. Stripe may technically process an approved refund.
For Apple or Google purchases, the relevant store may decide and technically process refund requests under its procedures. Apple does not generally permit developers to issue App Store refunds directly. Google may provide store refund and revocation tools. Contact the relevant store and also contact SportsFly if the request concerns a statutory remedy, Service access, or entitlement status.
No provision promises an automatic or discretionary refund beyond rights granted by law or expressly stated at purchase.
18. Complaints
Complaints about the Service, a subscription, a charge, or conformity with the contract may be sent to hello@sportsfly.pro or by post to the address in Section 1.
To help us investigate, include the Account email, purchase platform, order or transaction reference if available, a description of the issue, when it occurred, and the remedy requested. Do not send full card details or passwords.
We will acknowledge and investigate complaints and will respond to a Consumer complaint within 14 days of receipt unless a different mandatory period applies. The response will be provided on paper or another durable medium. Failure to respond has the consequences provided by applicable law.
Submitting a complaint does not limit any statutory remedy or stop a legal deadline that cannot lawfully be stopped.
19. Supply and conformity of the Digital Service
SportsFly will supply the Digital Service without undue delay after the contract is concluded and payment is confirmed, unless another time is agreed.
For Consumers, the Digital Service must conform to the contract, including its description, functionality, compatibility, interoperability, accessibility, continuity, security, support, and updates to the extent reasonably expected and required by law. We will provide updates, including security updates, required to maintain conformity during the period for which the Service is supplied.
If the Digital Service is not supplied, you may request supply and, in the circumstances provided by law, terminate the contract. If it is not in conformity, you may require it to be brought into conformity free of charge, within a reasonable time and without undue inconvenience. Where the statutory conditions are met, you may also seek a proportionate price reduction or terminate the contract.
For continuous supply, SportsFly is responsible for lack of conformity that occurs or becomes apparent during the agreed supply period, subject to applicable law. Mandatory remedies, evidential presumptions, and time limits are not restricted by these Terms.
Following statutory termination, we will comply with applicable obligations concerning refunds, personal data, and user-created non-personal content, including any right to retrieve eligible content in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
20. Profiles, statistics, and video
Users control profile and content visibility only through the settings and functions SportsFly provides. Player Free profiles are private by default as described in the current product. Player Pro may allow public profile visibility and scout discoverability when the user or authorised Parent enables the relevant setting.
Do not publish:
- information or media you do not have the right to share;
- another person’s personal data without a lawful basis and necessary permission;
- inaccurate qualifications, statistics, identity, affiliation, or sporting history;
- private, sensitive, exploitative, or unsafe material concerning a minor; or
- content that violates law, safeguarding rules, club obligations, or another person’s rights.
Performance scores, reports, and statistics may depend on user-entered data and product methodology. They are informational tools, not verified official records unless expressly identified as such.
21. User Content and licences
You retain ownership of rights you hold in User Content. You grant ConnectOn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, for the period reasonably needed, to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, display, and otherwise use User Content solely to:
- operate, secure, support, and improve the Service;
- provide visibility and sharing settings you select;
- create backups and prevent fraud or abuse;
- comply with law and enforce these Terms.
The licence does not transfer ownership to ConnectOn. A public visibility setting authorises display to the audience indicated by the Service. You may withdraw that visibility or delete content using available controls, subject to reasonable technical processing time, backups, other users’ lawful use of jointly created content, and legal retention obligations.
You confirm that you have all rights, permissions, releases, and safeguarding authority needed for User Content and this licence.
22. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- break the law, infringe rights, or facilitate unlawful activity;
- impersonate a person or organisation or misstate authority or credentials;
- harass, threaten, discriminate against, stalk, groom, exploit, or endanger another person, especially a minor;
- contact a minor outside appropriate and authorised safeguarding channels;
- publish sexual, violent, hateful, defamatory, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful content;
- scrape, harvest, export, sell, or misuse profiles, videos, contact details, scouting data, or personal data;
- use automated access, bots, or bulk extraction without written permission;
- circumvent privacy, access, entitlement, payment, rate, or security controls;
- introduce malware, probe vulnerabilities, disrupt the Service, or gain unauthorised access;
- manipulate statistics, referrals, subscriptions, commissions, ratings, or product operation;
- use messages, notes, or discovery tools for spam or unrelated commercial solicitation; or
- resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
23. Reporting, moderation, suspension, and termination
Report unlawful, unsafe, or rights-infringing content or conduct to hello@sportsfly.pro with enough detail to identify the material and explain the issue.
We may investigate, restrict visibility, preserve evidence, remove content, limit functions, suspend an Account, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to:
- address suspected illegality, safeguarding risk, fraud, abuse, or security threats;
- enforce these Terms or another applicable policy;
- protect users, ConnectOn, or third parties;
- comply with a legal order or platform requirement; or
- address non-payment.
Where required by law, we will provide the affected user with reasons and an opportunity to challenge the decision. Measures will be proportionate, based on available information, and applied without arbitrary discrimination. Urgent safeguarding, security, or legal risks may require action without prior notice.
Termination for breach does not remove accrued payment obligations or mandatory refund and consumer rights.
24. Availability and changes to the Service
We aim to keep SportsFly available and secure, but maintenance, updates, network failures, store outages, force majeure, or security events may interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may change the Service where the contract permits and there is a valid reason, such as security, legal or regulatory requirements, technical compatibility, abuse prevention, improved usability, or product development. We will not charge an additional amount solely for such a change unless you expressly agree.
For a Consumer receiving a Digital Service continuously, a change that materially and negatively affects access or use will be communicated in advance on a durable medium with the characteristics and timing of the change and any statutory right to terminate. Where applicable, the Consumer may terminate without notice within 30 days after the later of the change or the notice, unless an unchanged conforming version remains available without additional cost.
25. Health, sporting outcomes, and third parties
SportsFly is a development and workflow tool. It is not a medical, diagnostic, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, nutrition, psychological, therapeutic, emergency, employment, agency, or regulated scouting service. Information in the Service does not replace advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
Stop an activity and seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance when health or safety may be at risk. Users, Parents, clubs, coaches, and scouts remain responsible for their real-world decisions, safeguarding, verification, training loads, recruitment checks, and compliance obligations.
Third-party links and services, including Supabase, Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google, may have their own terms and availability. ConnectOn remains responsible where applicable law makes it responsible and does not exclude liability merely because a processor or platform is involved.
26. Intellectual property
The Service, software, design, branding, databases, documentation, and SportsFly-created content are owned by or licensed to ConnectOn and protected by intellectual property law.
Subject to these Terms, ConnectOn grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during your permitted access. No other rights are granted. Rights in User Content are addressed in Section 21.
27. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits:
- mandatory consumer rights;
- liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited;
- liability for intentional misconduct, fraud, or harm to life or health where exclusion is prohibited; or
- remedies for failure to supply or lack of conformity of the Digital Service.
Consumers remain entitled to recover loss on the basis and to the extent provided by applicable law.
For a user acting in the course of business, to the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectOn is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or unverified sporting or recruitment outcomes. Subject to the exclusions above, ConnectOn’s aggregate contractual liability to a business user will not exceed the amount that user paid for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
28. Privacy
The SportsFly Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected and how data-subject rights may be exercised. It is planned to remain available at:
https://sportsfly.pro/privacy_policy
The Privacy Policy is separate from these Terms. If a Parent authorises a minor’s use, the Parent should review both documents and the relevant profile visibility and communication settings.
29. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms for a valid reason, including a change in law, security or safeguarding requirements, billing methods, technical operation, or Service functions.
We will publish the updated version and effective date. For material changes affecting an existing contract, we will provide reasonable advance notice on a durable medium and explain the reason, effect, and any right to reject or terminate. We will request renewed acceptance where required by law. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or reduce mandatory consumer protection.
30. Duration, Account closure, and records
Your agreement continues while you use an Account or have an active subscription. You may stop using the Service and request Account deletion through the in-app deletion flow or hello@sportsfly.pro.
Account deletion is permanent after completion and may remove profiles, development records, media, messages, notes, and entitlements. Before deletion, export any content the Service allows you to retrieve. We may retain limited records for tax, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or legal-compliance purposes for the period required or permitted by law.
Closing an Account does not automatically cancel a Store Purchase. Sections which by their nature should survive closure, including intellectual property, lawful record retention, accrued rights, and dispute provisions, remain in effect.
31. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law.
If you are a Consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protection provided by the law of your country of habitual residence, and it does not restrict any court jurisdiction or procedural right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Disputes will be heard by a court competent under applicable law; no exclusive venue is imposed on Consumers by these Terms.
Please first contact hello@sportsfly.pro so we can attempt to resolve the matter. A Consumer may obtain assistance from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or use an eligible Polish or EU alternative dispute-resolution entity. After rejecting a Consumer complaint, we will provide the information required by law about the competent ADR entity and whether we agree or are obliged to participate.
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025 and is therefore not identified as an available dispute channel.
32. General provisions
If part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it.
You may not assign your contract without our consent, except where mandatory law permits. We may transfer the contract as part of a reorganisation, merger, or sale only in a manner that does not reduce mandatory rights and with notice where required.
These Terms and the purchase information provided to you form the contract for the Service, together with any platform terms that lawfully apply to transaction administration.
