Can I start free as a player?

Yes. Player Free includes a private profile, training logs, five-pillar habit tracking, basic reports, highlight uploads, and replies to scout messages.

What does Player Pro unlock?

Player Pro adds public profile visibility, scout discoverability, and access to Find Opportunities while keeping all Player Free tools.

Where do I create a Player Free account?

Create and manage your Player Free account in the SportsFly mobile app. Contact SportsFly Support if you need help accessing your account.

How can I get help with a plan?

Contact SportsFly Support for help with plan access, account questions, or subscription support.

Do Pro subscriptions renew automatically?

Yes. Monthly and yearly web subscriptions renew automatically at the selected billing interval until cancelled.

How do I cancel a web subscription?

After signing in, manage or cancel future renewal through the secure Stripe billing portal. Access remains available through the paid billing period.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Direct plan switching is not available yet. Contact SportsFly Support before starting another web subscription.

How is payment handled?

Payment details are entered on Stripe Checkout. SportsFly receives the subscription result and activates access only after payment is confirmed.
